We ship both via the US Post Office (USPS) & United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Free Standard Shipping (for qualifying orders): Typically delivered in 7-10 business days. An order qualifies for free shipping when the cart total exceeds the established minimum value for qualified products. Some products that are bulky, heavy, or large do not qualify for free shipping and therefore will not count towards your free shipping required value.
- $7.95 Flat Rate Economy Shipping: Typically delivered in 5-8 business days.
United States Postal Service (USPS): Customers have the option of choosing from the following USPS shipping options:
- Priority Mail: Delivered to most destinations nationwide in 3 to 4 BUSINESS days.
United Parcel Service (UPS): Customers have the option of choosing the from the following four UPS shipping options:
- UPS Ground (2 -5 Business Days depending on delivery zone)
- UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business Days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)
- UPS Overnight Air (1 Business Day): Expensive, but gets there overnight.
UPS doesn't count the day the item was shipped (picked up), Weekends or Holidays as delivery or transit days. Example: A 2nd Day Air Package ordered after 2 pm MST on a Wednesday will be shipped on Thursday and will not be delivered until Monday.
- Higher value orders, non UPS/USPS recognized addresses (non plus 4 zip codes), shipments to apartments, ect, may require signature upon delivery. If delivery signature is inconvenient, or no one will be home to sign for the order, UPS offers an Electronic Authorization to leave packages called My Choice. - We reserve the right to change shipping methods if the address verification do not match shipper's address database or if we choose to upgrade methods due to specific or unusual circumstances. Example: You enter a Post Office Box shipping address, and you choose UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping, we may change to USPS (United States Post Office) and ship to your post office box address.

100 percent of the items we sell on REKONGEAR.com are stocked at our large and modern St George, Utah shipping facility.
We do not control UPS or US Postal Service or their delivery schedules - Severe weather, road closures, aircraft delays, incomplete address, acts of god, etc can all affect delivery schedules. Many rural areas still take 2 days delivery time even with Express Mail. We will not refund shipping charges for UPS or the US Postal Service not meeting there delivery time guidelines.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
For returning items for a refund or exchange, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Read our return or exchange conditions found directly below these steps to determine if you qualify for a return.
Step 2: If you qualify for a return, call our customer support line toll free (888-826-9683) to set up a return authorization. Having your Order ID ready beforehand will help speed this process.
Step 3: Write your return authorization number down on a copy of your invoice. If you have lost your invoice, write down your return authorization number on a piece of paper with your name, address, and phone number.
Step 4: Write a brief note on your invoice (or piece of paper if you have lost your invoice) explaining the reason for the return (exchange, defective item, refund, etc.).
Step 5: Carefully package the item being returned so it is not damaged while in transit to us. Be sure to include the retail packaging for all returned items if possible. Items received back that are damaged from being incorrectly packaged will not be exchanged or refunded.
Step 6: Return the item to us. You are responsible to pay for the return shipping unless we have made an error on our part and shipped the wrong item or you have received a defective item. For larger and heavier items, we recommend shipping them via UPS. For smaller and lighter items, US Post Office is usually cheaper. We will exchange, provide a full refund or replace with a like item for items RETURNED postmarked within 14 days of purchase meeting the following criteria:
You MUST have a Return Authorization: All Items returned must have a return authorization and be accompanied with Name, Address, Phone #, Email (optional), order number, and reason for return. Note: We will not accept items mailed “Postage Due”. The outside of the package must have the Return Authorization number clearly marked - No returns without a Return Authorization will be accepted. Packages returned without authorization will be refused.
Unopened items: If you make a mistake ordering and order the wrong item, WE WILL exchange the item as long as the item is unopened. The customer will be liable for postage/shipping charges for the exchange item back to the customer. We do not refund shipping charges for items ordered by mistake.
Opened Package: Once the package is opened, defective DVD's, CD’s, and Cassette Tapes must be returned with original packing. If opened, we WILL NOT provide monetary refund, but will replace defective items with a new item.
Non Defective items returned within the 14 Day period WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE.

Refund or Exchange timeline:
Exchange: Please allow us 2 business days to process and reship exchanged items. If payment is needed for exchange to a more expensive item or to pay for the exchange shipping charges, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving the package.
Refunds: All refunds will be issued within 72 business hours of receiving the item back. Note: Items being returned that are not defective or exchanged are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund.
